Shipping Policies & Delivery Times

To ensure timely delivery, Fajas Colombianas ships all orders placed before 12:30 PM EST on the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM EST will ship the next business day, except for orders placed on Fridays after 12:30 PM EST, which will ship on Monday. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At Fajas Colombianas, we offer shipping to customers within the United States. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Fastest 2-day option): $39.99

Shipping Processing Time

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there's a significant delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you via email or phone.

Please note that the time an order is placed isn't the final confirmation for shipping. Successful payment verification by our gateway is the true green light for shipment.

International Orders

For international orders, customs duties and taxes in the destination country aren't included in the international shipping cost, and international shipping is non-refundable.

Accurate Shipping Information

When placing your order, please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the address, city, state, and zip code. We're not responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, nor can we update the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

Fraud Risk Orders

If our shipping system has identified your order as a Fraud Risk, our customer service agents will contact you to verify certain information before we can proceed with shipping your order. We value the security of our customers' transactions and take steps to prevent fraudulent activities.

Missing Packages

If you haven't received a package that has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, please report this to our Customer Service team immediately at support@fajascolombianas.com. Our team will handle the search and claims process with the carrier to ensure your package is found and delivered as soon as possible.

However, please note there's a time limit for reporting lost packages. If more than 60 days have passed since the shipping carrier informed you the package was marked as delivered and you haven't contacted our support team, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
